10:45am at the Burrillville Community Recreation Center (Beckwith-Bruckshaw Lodge). Free with grant funding through June of 2019. Instructor Susan Sgambato, B.S. teaches this beginner/intermediate class combining seated stretching, flexibility and range of motion exercises, strength training, standing dance fitness and balance exercise. This is an excellent workout for everyone: strengthen upper and lower body, improve balance, and have lots of fun.

Volunteer opportunity for all ages to help pack weekend bags of food for 50 needy children in our community. Assistance is also needed at Town Event to sell raffle tickets to benefit the program.

A group of volunteers that gathers once per month at the Lodge to make homemade gifts to share at the local nursing homes to celebrate any patient’s birthdays that have occurred during that month. Crafting experience is not required.
